Amidst the excitement for the recently announced, fans are wondering where and how Geralt of Rivia will feature in the new title. While the grizzled monster hunter was mentioned in the new trailer from The Game Awards, it's clear that players will be put in the shoes of his adopted daughter, Ciri, for this outing. Still, with how beloved the character is, it is likely he will be present in the new game in at least some capacity.

It's an exciting development that means Geralt will definitely have lines in the fourth game, but it does not answer the question of how exactly Geralt will appear in .
