Buffed Profane Mindcages Return in Diablo 4 Season 5
It appears that in Season 5 of Diablo 4, the minions of Hell grow stronger still. In the recent Season of the Infernal Hordes Blog Post, Blizzard announced that due to popular demand, the Profane Mindcage will be returning!

Previously, Blizzard intended this item to be exclusive to Season 4, but due to player feedback this decision was reversed. Not only that, but players will also see a highly requested additional improvement:
For those who thrill at an increased challenge, Profane Mindcages return and stack up to 3 times which allows you to fight enemies up to thirty levels above your own in Helltide! Use these potent consumables to increase the difficulty, and the bloodshed.
This means that now Monsters during Helltides will scale all the way up to level 133 — a substantial open world challenge. It is currently unknown whether additional stacks of the Profane Mindcage beyond the first will affect the drop rates of Aberrant Cinders or Threat gain during Helltides.
