Reminder: Final Week to Purchase Items from Ms. Xiulan - Inventory Rotating After August
With The War Within launch in full force, it is a good time to remind players that Ms. Xiulan's Black Market inventory will rotate soon, meaning this is likely the last chance you have to grab those cosmetic items for cheap.
After the inventory rotates, those items won't be gone forever, as they will be added to the Black Market Auction House rotation.
With The War Within, Ms. Xiulan is back, this time in Dornogal, even wearing a new outfit! She will likely receive new items once her current stock changes, so keep an eye for that.
NPC Location
Ms. Xiulan is located at the Black Market auction house in Valdrakken.
Limited Inventory
When talking to NPC, she reveals that her inventory is temporary, being sold only until the end of August. After that, the items will be joining the Black Market Auction House. This means that the items won't be gone forever, but if it follows the example of the Reins of the Mighty Caravan Brutosaur, they will have their minimum bid as the current NPC price, meaning they will likely sell for more than the current NPC price.
