New promo art shared by Dwayne Johnson for Black Adam reveals new peeks at the titular anti-hero and the Justice Society of America. Johnson stars as Black Adam in the upcoming DCEU superhero film, which co-stars Pierce Brosnan as Dr. Fate, Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, and Sarah Shahi as Isis. The film is directed by Johnson's Jungle Cruise helmer Jaume Collet-Serra, who is currently working on reshoots as the October 21, 2022 debut draws close.
Black Adam will feature the first big-screen appearances of the Justice Society of America, who originated all the way back in DC's All Star Comics #3 in 1941. The team roster has shifted dramatically over the years, with Black Adam acting as both a threat and a teammate at differing points. Hawkman and Dr. Fate have appeared in live-action a number of times for TV, including episodes of Smallville, Arrow, Stargirl, Legends of Tomorrow, and Constantine, but this will be their first feature appearance and the first live-action appearances for Atom Smasher, Cyclone, and Isis.

It's also to note that Black Adam is shown with a cape, which suggests that he will have one for the film, even though he hasn't really been seen with one in the promo trailers thus far. It's likely that Black Adam will take a cue from Man of Steel
