Chief stews on Below Deck have one of the most important roles on the boat, as they have to oversee everything that goes on in the interior. From making sure the guest rooms are impeccable to planning excursions, the chief stew’s job is highly demanding.
Besides handling the guests’ needs, the chief stew has to deal with her interior team, which can be challenging if they don't get along with each other. In Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 3, stews Gabriela Barragan and Ashley Marti had a tense dynamic with each other. They were never able to get along, much to Chief Stew Daisy Kelliher’s annoyance.
