Bachelorette: Nayte & Deandra Spark Dating Rumors After Michelle Split
Former The Bachelorette contestant Nayte Olukoya has recently sparked dating rumors with Deandra Kanu, who appeared on both The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise. Nayte appeared on The Bachelorette season 18, where he won the heart of Minnesota native Michelle Young which resulted in the two becoming engaged during the season finale. However, after several months of dating, Nayte and Michelle announced on social media that they had decided to go their separate ways. Neither Nayte nor Michelle gave a concrete reason for the breakup, although Bachelor Nation fans had suspected the couple may have split a few weeks prior to the announcement.
Deandra first appeared on The Bachelor season 24, led by California pilot Peter Weber. As opposed to Nayte and Michelle, Deandra and Peter were not able to form a strong connection, which resulted in her being sent home during week four. Deandra later went on to appear on Bachelor in Paradise season 7, where she originally pursued a relationship with Karl Smith, who was one of the villains of The Bachelorette season 17 led by Katie Thurston. Deandra later gave a rose to Ivan Hall, although he did not return it the next week which caused her to be eliminated in week three.

In a recent Instagram Live with Deandra, Ivan seemed to hint that Nayte and Deandra may have been the newest couple in Bachelor Nation. During the live, Deandra asked Ivan to describe what he thought her type was, and he responded by asking if her type would be similar to Nayte.
