The Family Chantel: Chantel Embraces The Single Life After Pedro Split
Pedro and Chantel Jimeno might be in the middle of their divorce, but The Family Chantel star Chantel stepped out and wowed fans as a newly single woman. News broke on July 7 that Pedro had filed for divorce from his 90 Day Fiancé wife Chantel on May 27 after being separated since April 27. Though Chantel is shown heartbroken in The Family Chantel season 4 as her marriage of over five years crumbles, she appears to now be doing much better.
Chantel and Pedro overcame many hurdles to be together, as they each were not embraced by their in-laws. While Chantel's family came to accept Pedro, his mother and sister never came around to being kind to Chantel. Pedro then soured to Chantel between filming The Family Chantel seasons 3 and 4. After he went to the Dominican Republic and realized just how immoral and corrupt his family truly is, Pedro appeared to check out of his marriage. Now many viewers believe he might have been unfaithful before he filed for divorce. Pedro's cruel behavior has caused many viewers to side with Chantel and encourage her to heal and live her best life without her soon-to-be ex-husband.

After staying quiet about her divorce, Chantel stepped out on Instagram and showed she is feeling like herself. The Family Chantel star Chantel posted a TikTok to her Instagram of her walking around the street with the voiceover, “This week a hot new bombshell enters the villa.” The Atlanta beauty donned a light purple gown and had her hair and makeup done. Chantel turned around at the end of the video to show off her glam look and fully beamed at the camera. Many commenters interpreted the video as Chantel declaring that she was feeling herself
