90 Day Fiancé: Pedro Launches New Podcast Amid Chantel Split
Pedro Jimeno, who gained fame on 90 Day Fiancé, is starting a new podcast while going through with his divorce from wife Chantel Jimeno. Then two met when Chantel took a trip to the Dominican Republic. Their relationship quickly developed as the couple secretly decided to get engaged. After their engagement, Pedro moved to the United States on the K-1 visa. In 2016, Chantel and Pedro got married, though Chantel’s family was suspicious of Pedro due to the short duration of the relationship before they were married. 90 Day Fiancéfans were invested in their story which allowed the couple to get their own spin-off show, The Family Chantel.
On The Family Chantel, viewers noted issues in their relationship, as Pedro was not as involved with the family. Chantel’s family believes that Pedro used Chantel to obtain a Green Card. Chantel and Pedro’s families have been on different pages and do not support the relationship. Pedro also made poor choices in his relationship, and was often out partying and in the company of other women. Once conflict began, Chantel started to distance herself and was accused of taking money from her joint account with Pedro. This caused the couple to get a mutual restraining order.
