Atomic Heart launched to mixed reviews, but players have noticed the absence of some fairly basic features. As well as the Soviet-inspired shooter not launching with the promised ray-tracing feature, it also doesn't contain the ability to change the FOV, a staple of almost all first-person PC games. Developer Mundfish took to Twitter to tell people the issue would be rectified soon, but players just had more complaints.
Dubious_Space wrote, "I would love to play more of this, but I can't read any of the subtitles. Please give us the option to adjust the size. Thanks." TheGamer's review of Atomic Heart noted the small subtitles too. Mundfish responded that it would also be addressing this.

Some players are also reporting that streamer mode isn't working as intended. Streamer mode is a relatively new feature to modern games that removes licensed songs and any audio that could cause copyright strikes on sites such as Twitch and YouTube. It's designed to help streamers play the game live on-air without fear of their videos getting demonitised or having portions of the audio removed. According to Its_Bitz, "multiple creators have pointed it out showing the copyright tags on YT and Muted Vod tracks on twitch".
Some have also been referencing rumours the game would contain a six-hour long cutscene where protagonist P-3 has sex with one (or maybe both) of the ballerina robots, but there seems to be no substance to this claim.
