AMD has cut the prices of its Ryzen 9 7950X3D, 7900X3D & various other Ryzen 7000 Desktop CPUs after the launch of 7800X3D.
The recent discounts come from various retailers while the prices of the Ryzen 9 7950X3D and Ryzen 9 7900X3D have been officially reduced by AMD itself. The rest of the prices are retailer-specific price cuts that won't last long so customers who were planning to buy the said chips should avail of them right now. As for the processor list, let's get started on that.
First up, we have the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D & 7900X3D CPUs which are the first to see a price cut as big as $100-$50 US, respectively. The AMD Shop has the 7950X3D listed for $100 US below its MSRP of $699 US and the 7900X3D listed for $50 US below its MSRP of $599 US.
Microcenter is currently offering the chip for $549.99 US which is $50 US below its $599.99 US MSRP. The chip also has a $10-$15 US discount on other US-based retailers such as Amazon and Newegg.
The retailer is also offering small discounts on the rest of the AMD Ryzen 7000 Desktop CPU family but one should remember that these are only available for in-store pickup:
