With Alan Wake 2 set to release this week for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC, Remedy Entertainment has revealed when pre-loads will become available. It starts at 9 PM PST on October 24th, with console players able to pre-load 48 hours before launch (since the game technically goes live on October 26th at 9 PM PST).
Though Remedy Entertainment recommended having at least 85 GB of installation space available, it revealed the different sizes for each version in a follow-up tweet. PS5 players will need 85 GB, while PC owners require 86 GB. Xbox Series X/S players only need 82 GB, though it remains to be seen if a day one patch is required.
Alan Wake 2 will launch on October 27th worldwide for $60 on consoles and $50 on PC as a digital-only title. It will have a launch trailer tomorrow at the Xbox Partner Preview showcase, so stay tuned for when that goes live. Check out the PC requirements here.
