Entering Dogtown for the new spy-thriller storyline of the DLC means not only are there a lot of new shady individuals to loot and a black market to explore, but there are also airdrops that often have some valuable rewards.
It can be easy to miss out on some of the hidden Iconic weapons in the game, but 's black market vendors have made it possible to purchase some that V may not have grabbed. 's free Update 2.0, which was released just days before the new DLC, also added some Iconics to the base game, which can now show up in the black market, so players do not have to go back to a prior save or restart their game to obtain them.
