The web version of Gmail is getting a redesign that has begun rolling out to both enterprise and personal account owners. Gmail is Google's email service and it is available on the web and on mobile. Lately, Google has been integrating more features into the service to make it a one-stop shop for all of its other services such as Google Chat and Google Meet.
Gmail allows users to change their layout as preferred. Apart from the option to select from a wide variety of themes, users can choose between having their inbox show important, unread or starred mail first. There is also the option to create groups for emails from select sources, making them easier to find. Despite Gmail's popularity, there are other email clients that users can switch to in order to access their mail.

Google first announced a redesign was coming to Gmail in June 2021 and then provided details about it, in addition to roll-out plans. The new integrated view for Gmail allows users to move between apps like Gmail, Chat, and Meet, according to an official blog post, without the need to switch between apps or open new tabs or windows. The new look has already begun rolling out to Rapid Release domains and users with personal Google accounts, but will take up to two weeks to reach everyone. According to Google, the new look is due to roll out to Scheduled Release domains by the end of February 2022.
