The Google Pixel 7 Pro has already leaked! Google is yet to come up with the cheaper Pixel 6A but leaks have already started to talk about the next generation Pixel flagship. The latest CAD renders of the Pixel 7 Pro reveal a design that is no different than the Pixel 6 Pro. The same rear layout with the same dual tone colour theme seems to be going forward on this year’s Pixel flagship as well. Google is yet to hint at anything yet, which is why you should take this with a pinch of salt.
The renders released by OnLeaks and Smartprix show the Pixel 7 Pro in the same black and gray colour theme, with a camera visor separating them. Not much has been said regarding the specs and features, other than the fact that the Pixel 7 Pro will have a OLED display measuring between 6.7 to 6.8-inches, and will have a high refresh rate.
While the design seems identical, the Pixel 7 Pro seems to have a slightly bigger camera housing. Could this mean that Google may be upgrading the image sensors again this year for an improved photography experience?
At the moment, it is too early to comment on the Pixel 7 Pro and its leaks. We could expect hear about the Pixel 6A first, which could launch in July or August as the more affordable Pixel device, replacing olde Pixel 5A 5G.
What remains to be seen is whether Google brings this Pixel 6a and Pixel 7 series to India. Since 2020, Google hasn’t seen any new smartphone launches in India.
