RHOSLC: Heather Gay's 2012 DUI Has Resurfaced
Lisa Barlow may have been right about Heather Gay from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City and her alleged DUI. Fans of the fairly new Bravo franchise met Heather during its first season last winter. Heather, along with Lisa, Whitney Rose, Meredith Marks, Jen Shah, and Mary Cosby, all joined RHOSLC season 1 in 2020. During the first season, viewers had their favorites, such as Heather and Meredith, but that completely changed once season 2 rolled around.
In season 2, Lisa quickly became a fan-favorite despite her not being a good friend to Meredith like she should have been. Whitney was neutral amongst the fans last year, but they began to turn on her when they realized she was the main pot-stirrer in the group. Even Meredith was getting on some of the viewer's nerves, like when she seemed so calm after Jen's arrest or when she refused to reveal the day of her father's funeral. However, the one cast member who's had one of the biggest falls from grace is Heather.

According to court documents obtained by The US Sun, Heather was arrested on July 1, 2012, for driving under the influence. The Utah documents say that Heather, who never questions her loyalty to Jen, was pulled over by a police officer who asked her if she had been drinking once he smelled alcohol on her breath. The reality star revealed that she had a "few sips" of a drink while out at a local club with some friends. She also admitted that she had a prescription for Adderall. At the scene, Heather refused to take a breathalyzer test but was later forced to after she was given a search warrant.
