Tony Stark has some of the most impressive pieces of armor ever shown on the pages of a comic book, but none of his suits are even close to the one worn by Blue Beetlewho makes Iron Manlook like an amateur. Blue Beetle aka Jaime Reyes found the Blue Beetle Scarab in his home city of El Paso and the alien tech fused to his body upon his discovery. Since then, Jaime Reyes has flourished in his position as the third incarnation of the Blue Beetle, with a suit that puts any of Iron Man’s countless ones to shame.
Blue Beetle’s suit is a semi-autonomous piece of alien tech that will listen to Jaime’s commands while also acting on its own to better protect its host. The Blue Beetle Scarab offers Jaime a number of abilities including metamorphosis, energy projection, and even the capability to take unexpected trips into space just to name a few. Iron Man also has suits that can do everything Blue Beetle can do, but only after he designs them for that specific purpose. Blue Beetle only has to think about what he wants to do in relation to these abilities and his suit can just do it on the spot as opposed to Iron Man who has to make a suit that can do a specific task beforehand.

Not only is Blue Beetle’s suit more optimal in an unpredictable situation, but it has abilities that Iron Man could never fabricate alone. It can even nullify magic and take on godly forces.
