Nintendo delays Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 to spring 2023

destructoid.comAlthough Nintendo is rather secretive about a lot of things, they are pretty open about release dates and delays. And with that in mind, Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 has become a 2023 game. Most of us knew that 2022 was too good to be true!
Here’s the full statement from series producer Eiji Aonuma, straight from Nintendo’s YouTube channel:
“We previously announced that we were aiming for a 2022 release for this game. However, we have decided to extend our development time a bit and change the release to spring 2023.”
