Netflix's The Cuphead Show! features a cast of characters voiced by talented actors. Just like the original Cuphead video game, The Cuphead Show! pays homage to rubber hose animation with a visual and musical aesthetic that feels like it came straight out of the golden age of American animation. The result is a unique show with memorable characters.
The original Cuphead game is centered around the titular Cuphead and his brother Mugman being forced to work as debt collectors for the Devil to keep their souls. By comparison, the Netflix original seriesis a more episodic story that offers different interpretations of the characters and the larger world. In January 2022, a month ahead of the show’s release, it was confirmed that the show had two additional seasons in development for future release.

These are all of the principal voice actors in The Cuphead Show! Many of the cast members have their experience lying primarily with voice acting, but a few of them have experience with live-action programming, as well. The Cuphead Show! season 1 doesn’t feature a large cast, but with additional seasons already in the works, the cast will likely grow as the show continues.
Tru Valentino stars as the Cuphead, the rambunctious, titular lead of the show. Valentino has had multiple voice acting roles in shows such as Fast & Furious Spy Racers, Madagascar: A Little Wild, and, more recently, Spidey and His Amazing Friends. Additionally, Valentino has experience with live-action through his recurring role of Aaron Thorsen on The Rookie.
