World of Tanks Blitz Partners with Professional Soccer Player Lukas Podolski

World of Tanks Blitz has done it again, bringing over 100M players a new adventure for 2023. This year’s overarching theme, “Seasons,” will introduce added content by Wargaming’s MS-1 mobile development team every three months. MS-1 promises each new delivery will come with events, rewards and operations to entice. Each new addition to World of Tanks Blitz will be unified in style, storyline and themes. MS-1 is excited to bring Season One’s blend of technology, luxury and elegance to the game and hope players enjoy the experience throughout 2023. World of Tanks Blitz offers players the chance to become immersed in this new era, location, and all its possibilities. Lore and local currency await the avid gamer and three high-tier seasonal tanks for players to collect. 

Season one, titled Retrotopia, has already hit World of Tank Blitz – and with it, a special guest star coach to help players achieve. Lukas Podolski, a world-renowned soccer player and scorer, played a pivotal role in World of Tank Blitz’s Retrotopia. Not just a facsimile but the athlete himself. Working closely with MS-1 developers, Podolski promises players and fans, “…they will have a blast.” Embracing the fun and excitement of World of Tanks Blitz, Podolski was part of the players’ journey until June 18 th. Players who got into Retrotopia were fortunate enough to have Podolski mentor and cheer them on as they competed for many unique rewards from the soccer player himself. Those rewards included a new avatar and background, a Soccer Shirt with Podolski’s signature, and more.

World of Tank Blitz is only just beginning to roll out what looks to be a banner year for players. Now is not the time to sit on the sideline.
