The Pokémon Trading Card Game is teaming up with Niantic to release a special Pokémon GO TCG set. The project was originally teased in 2021, with the release of the Professor Willow Pokémon card, which was given out to free to customers who bought Pokémon GO merchandise for a limited amount of time. The limited-time release will include a collection of Pokémon cards that will feature the artwork of Pokémon, characters, items, and iconic locations from the Niantic mobile title. For instance, Pokémon GO team leaders Candela, Blanche, and Spark can be found as full-art Trainer cards.
