There are certain indie horror games that just skyrocket in popularity on PC, in part thanks to YouTubers and streamers hopping aboard the bandwagon. A lot of them have made their way to PS5 and PS4, with the likes of Five Nights at Freddy's, Bendy and the Ink Machine, Choo-Choo Charles, Poppy Playtime, and more making the jump to console. The latest in this conga line of viral horror titles is Garten of Banban, with games 1 through 4 now available on Sony's machines.
If you're unfamiliar, the Garten of Banban games take place inside the confines of a cutesy kindergarten facility. It used to be wildly popular, until one day, everyone mysteriously disappeared, and of course it's your job to venture inside and find out what happened.
It's a series of short first-person adventure games, all about exploring the creepy kindergarten, solving puzzles, and running from unsettling mascot characters. The first game is just £1.69/$1.99, with the others costing a little more, so we suppose hopping in on that first chapter might be worthwhile if you're curious.

This would have saved the State of Play.
This looks like absolute garbage! Not worth $1.99?
Maybe
I wish my kindergarten was that big. Didn’t have any mascots though. We did have Romper Room back in the 70s. Missed out on mascots.
