Blumhouse, the movie production company, recently expanded into interactive media with Blumhouse Games, and it's just debuted its very first title. Developed by Cozy Game Pals, Fear the Spotlight is a retro-inspired horror adventure, and it's coming to PS5 and PS4.
The game follows friends Vivian and Amy as they sneak into a school after dark, and you just know that's a recipe for all sorts of spookiness. With a low-poly, grainy look reminiscent of PS1 games, the game has you exploring the school's creepy classrooms and corridors, solving varied puzzles, and escaping the blinding spotlight haunting the building. There's a deeper mystery to uncover about the school's past as you deal with the horrors in the present, too.
Fear the Spotlight is releasing later this year. Are you interested in this stylish horror adventure? Stay in the shadows in the comments section below.

I'm looking forward to see what Blumhouse can do for indie horror devs.
Blumhouse and horror? I don't see the connection.
Wish someone would make an 80s slasher single player game in the style of until dawn or telltale lol
Well if it's anything like their movies no thanks
