Marvel Cinematic Universe star Tom Hiddleston has spoken a bit about last week’s and how it serves as the conclusion of a journey.
Appearing on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Hiddleston was asked about the Disney+ show’s second season finale. Hiddleston didn’t spoil anything for those who haven’t watched it, but described how this episode was a conclusion to more than just Loki Season 2.
“I will say this: It all comes full circle,” the actor explained. “It’s the conclusion to Season 2. It’s also the conclusion to Season 1 and 2. It’s also the conclusion to six films and 12 episodes and 14 years of my life … I was 29 when I was cast, I’m 42 now. It’s been a journey … In the finale, there are echoes and resonances of every version of Loki that I’ve played.”

Loki Season 2 was directed by Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, who helmed the Moon Knight series. Alongside Hiddleston, it features the return of Sophia Di Martino as Sylvie, Owen Wilson as Mobius, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Judge Renslayer, Wunmi Mosaku as Hunter B-15, and Jonathan Majors.
