CD Projekt Red's acclaimed The Witcher: Enhanced edition and its sequel, Assassins of the King, has just received an update on all platforms, and the new update adds support for Apple's M1 and M2 Silicon along with support for MacOS Ventura. The announcement is coming from the official account on Twitter, and users who are looking to enjoy the game can now go ahead and do so on their Macs.
Sadly, at the time of writing, we still don't know if The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is going to make its way to newer Macs, but considering the power, I have a feeling that it might happen at some time. Coming back to the originals, both games offer a stellar experience, and while the first one does seem a bit janky, if you are a fan of old-school RPG games with excellent and engaging storytelling, then I am sure that you are not going to have any issues playing it.
The Witcher: Enhanced Edition and The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings have just received an update on Steam, GOG and AppStore that adds support for Apple silicon M1, M2, and macOS Ventura!
Enjoy The Witcher on your Macs!
