The Hulk and She-Hulk are two of the strongest heroes in Marvel Universe for similar yet ultimately different reasons as both were born of gamma radiation and have nearly limitless potential when it comes to their raw strength. However, one Marvel Comics issue seems to indicate that the Hulk has a significant advantage over She-Hulk in terms of power specifications as the Hulk’s greatest strength is actually She-Hulk’s ultimate weakness.
Jennifer Walters is the cousin of Bruce Banner who became She-Hulk after a life-saving blood transfusion from Bruce’s gamma-irradiated blood which mutated her and transformed her into the superhero she is today. Unlike her cousin, who has multiple personalities within his psyche and becomes an entirely different person when Bruce transforms into the Hulk, She-Hulk retains her personality and intelligence when she is in her Hulk form–at least, for the most part.

In Captain Marvel #15 by Kelly Thompson and Lee Garbett, Captain Marvel is being forced to hunt down and murder every member of the Avengers by a villain named Vox Supreme who is threatening to kill thousands of Kree refugees if Carol doesn’t follow his directive. While Carol is fighting Black Panther, She-Hulk comes out of nowhere and launches an attack against her, catching Captain Marvel off guard and forcing her to quickly come up with a counter attack–which leads Captain Marvel to use She-Hulk’s rage against her.
While the Hulk gets stronger the angrier he gets, it seems as though She-Hulk gets more careless without the power to gain the strength necessary to make up for the tactical mistakes she makes after becoming too angry during battle. As
