The Galaxy Z Flip 5 is easily my favorite phone to come out this year, and while I like the phone mainly because of the cover display, the hinge is apparently very durable. Samsung has mentioned in official documentation that the phone is rated at 200,000 folds, and this was verified by Bureau Veritas, a certification company. But it turns out that the phone is much more durable than the official numbers suggested, as it has managed to beat the Motorola Razr Plus, its nearest competitor.

The Motorola? Not so much. Now, this should not come as a surprise to anyone because the Galaxy Z Flip, in general, is a phone that manages to surpass expectations, as it has proven a number of times.
Samsung is using what it calls Flex Hinge in the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Galaxy Z Fold 5. It's just another version of the waterdrop hinge that we have been hearing about, and while it is nothing new in the foldable space, it goes to show that the company has done a good job with
