Nine former Big Brother houseguests will compete on The Challenge: USA this summer, and, ahead of the premiere, they revealed their personal mantras that will keep them going throughout the strenuous game. The players include Big Brother 23 contestants Azäh Awasum, Alyssa Lopez, Tiffany Mitchell, Kyland Young, Derek Xiao, and winner Xavier Prather, along with David Alexander (seasons, 21, 22), Enzo Palumbo (seasons 12, 22), and Angela Rummans (season 20). As Big Brother houseguests, these competitors had to endure not only the physical demands of the game, but also the mental and emotional challenges. Their personal mantras inspired them to achieve greatness as they competed.
The Challenge: USA premieres in July, and the Big Brother cast members will face fierce competition from contestants from several reality shows. They include Survivor (Domenick Abbate, Tasha Fox, Danny McCray, Shan Smith, Desi Williams, and winners Tyson Apostol, Ben Driebergen, and Sarah Lacina), The Amazing Race (Cayla Platt, Leo Temory, and winner James Wallington), and Love Island (Kyra Green, Cashel Barnett, Cely Vazquez, Melvin «Cinco» Holland Jr., Cashay Proudfoot, Javonny Vega, Shannon St. Clair, and winner Justine Ndiba). The Challenge: USA contestants will fight to win the $500,000 grand prize, along with a spot on The Challenge: Global Championship (working title), which will stream exclusively on Paramount+.
