Thank Goodness You're Here was one of our favourite announcements from Gamescom earlier in the year, and it continues to look brilliantly bonkers in this new glimpse at gameplay.
To recap, you play a small yellow gentleman who has arrived in the English town of Barnsworth. He's early for his appointment with the mayor, and so he fills his time by meeting the locals and helping them out with increasingly absurd tasks.
The game looks to be a simple narrative adventure that'll feature all sorts of regional British accents and characters of all shapes and sizes. Helping out a cockney chimney sweep, or giving the local butcher a hand making sausages — it looks mad in the best way. We're excited to see how crazy this thing gets when it launches in 2024.
