The creative powers given to Link in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom simply cannot be underestimated. From bizarre and terrifying Korok torture devices to a weapon that could very well surpass Metal Gear, Tears of the Kingdom players have made it all. But there’s one thing they haven’t tried yet, and that’s making a full-on amusement park.
And we might not have to wait too much longer. Reddit user Long-Ad5013 recently showed off their tilt-a-whirl plus pendulum ride combo that looks like a lot of fun, although it also looks stupendously dangerous.

The ride works by having a spinning rotor in the middle that spins two arms which themselves also have spinning rotors attached. Unfortunately, the speed at which these rotors twirl is fast enough that it actually broke one of the arms, causing it to scurry off camera. It was also fast enough to send Tulin flying into the mountains, which likely explains why these rides typically have fenced-off safety zones.

Riding this in the rain seems even less safe, although this brave Redditor still manages to perform a decent hop off the spinning platform without tearing themselves into pieces.
This is just a first ride, but one could easily construct other rides that are equally entertaining and perilous.
In other Tears of the Kingdom news, it turns out that the damage numbers you see in-game might not be exactly as they're listed. Players have noticed discrepancies between the expected damage of a fused spear and the stated damage, which seems to indicate some behind-the-scenes modifiers
