A fan-made graph reveals which Marvel characters have the most screen time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Kevin Feige, the president of Marvel Studios, proposed a shared universe for its Marvel characters similar to what Stan Lee and Jack Kirby made with their original comics in the 1960s. The MCU released its first feature film in 2008, and the franchise now includes over twenty movies, several live-action series on Disney+, short films, and comic book tie-ins.
The MCU currently consists of four phases. Phases 1, 2, and 3 are collectively known as «The Infinity Saga.» They chronicle the Avengers' journey from the heroes' beginnings until they must band together to face Thanos and save the universe. Since the MCU began, Marvel Studios has been releasing both solo films to introduce individual characters, like Captain America: The First Avenger, and crossover films connecting both characters and timelines, like The Avengers. Phase 4 began with the Disney+ series WandaVision and uses both its feature films and series to expand the MCU past the universe of The Infinity Saga.

As large as the MCU is now, a fan online has organized a small part of it. Reddit user LeoJimenez217 posted a graph revealing the top 15 MCU characters according to screen time. The user created the graph using data from IMDb. The graph shows screen time in terms of seconds, and it only considers live-action series or features produced by Marvel Studios.
