Thunderful, Headup, and Team Meat have announced Dr. Fetus' Mean Meat Machine, a spin-off game that takes place within the Super Meat Boy universe. It'll come to PC, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S in 2023.

Through his levels and traps, Dr. Fetus will do away with the imperfect Meat Boy clones until he finds the perfect one.
