Rocksteady has confirmed that Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is receiving a nine-month delay, with its new release date slated for February 2, 2024.
It's been a pretty rough few months for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. After getting a May release date late last year, its gameplay reveal in February was met with massive backlash thanks to its GaaS elements, floaty action, and constant internet connection requirement. This was then met with reports that the game had been delayed to 2024, marking the game's third big delay since it was initially revealed.

As expected, those reports were true - Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has been delayed from its planned release next month to February of next year - February 2, to be precise. That means it just got hit with a nine-month delay, which is pretty massive for a game that was supposed to be out in a few weeks.
In a statement released on its Twitter, Rocksteady said, "We have made the tough but necessary decision to take the time needed to work on getting the game to be the best quality experience for players. Thank you to our amazing community for your continued support, patience and understanding. There is much more to share in the coming months ahead and we look forward to seeing you in Metropolis next year."
For those hoping that this means that Kill the Justice League will have its GaaS elements cut out from it, that's very unlikely to be the case.
