Ahead of the Season 3 Reloaded update, Activision has released the upcoming patch notes for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2. Season 3 Reloaded includes a new multiplayer map, more DLC weapons, a new event, and more. Players can also expect updates to movement, a visual reduction to damage displayed on the HUD, and changes to UAVs in Warzone 2.
Season 3 Reloaded includes a few notable changes to movement across both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2. Initial sliding acceleration is increased by 6%, while the weapon raise delay following parachute landing is decreased by 30%. The patch notes also detail the height threshold for single-handed mantling has been increased, allowing players to have more aggressive traversal.

The visual damage feedback that appears on the HUD has been reduced for better visibility. This nerf includes a reduction of the overall alpha of red HUD overlay, saturation of vision set flash, reduced distortion, and more.
One notable change specific to Warzone 2 includes a change to how UAVs work. UAV pings will now only emit from the player who activated the streak, and if the player who activated it is killed, the UAV will finish. The developer did note the change is meant to better balance the power of the UAV, so that they are as equally balanced for solo matches as they are through the larger squad sizes.
