Mortal Kombat 1 is launching on September 19, and it’s looking to shake up the iconic series. NetherRealm Studios will be bringing players to a reborn universe that offers “reimagined versions of iconic characters” and boasts a brand-new story mode. Of course, the game is just as violent as ever--and if you’re excited to dive back into the bloody battlefield, you’ll be glad to know that Mortal Kombat 1 preorders open on May 19. Mortal Kombat 1 will be available for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
Here’s a look at all available editions of Mortal Kombat 1, along with all possible preorder bonuses--including early access with select purchases.
All preorders come with the bonus Shang Tsung playable character along with access to a beta in August. If you preorder the premium or Kollector’s edition, you’ll also get early access to the game on September 14.
The standard edition of Mortal Kombat comes with the base game and any eligible preorder bonuses. This is the cheapest way to get your hands on the fighter, and it’ll probably be the most popular edition when the game launches in September.
