Cyberpunk 2077 developer CD Projekt Red has promised that we'll learn more about the game's upcoming Phantom Liberty expansion in June, but according to a new leak, we might even see its arrival then too.
As spotted by Reddit user SpaceSimGuy, Polish games podcasters Rock and Borys spoke at length about Phantom Liberty in their latest episode. According to his sources, Borys said Phantom Liberty would launch between June 8 (the same day as Summer Game Fest) and early July.

As evidence, Borys cited past leaks about an internal release date for Phantom Liberty set for June. Borys said that information was old, but his sources in CDPR said that work on Phantom Liberty is progressing well. On top of that, CDPR has changed its strategy regarding new game releases to have a much shorter marketing campaign. He even speculated that Phantom Liberty could shadow drop on June 8, Hi-Fi Rush style, but if not, it'll arrive a month later.
Borys added he'd been invited to play Phantom Libert at Summer Game Fest by CDPR representatives, so we know that it's at least nearing completion if not already there. The DLC is expected to add ten to 20 hours to Cyberpunk 2077's overall length, although fans hope it'll be a little longer for completionists to scour Phantom Liberty of all content.
As for what that content will include, speculation runs wild. We know that the DLC is being billed as a "spy-thriller expansion" and that it'll star Idris Elba in an undisclosed role. The New US Government is involved, much to Jonny Silverhand's disapproval, and fans even think that a classic Cyberpunk character might finally make an appearance.
