Star Trek is bringing fans a new movie in Star Trek: Section 31 which will feature several well-loved characters in the franchise, including Captain Rachel Garrett.

Star Trek: Section 31 is a secret organization in the Star Trek universe. It is portrayed as a covert operations and intelligence agency that functions inside the United Federation of Planets.
