A new video gives a brief look at a much more action-packed introduction for Green Goblin in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Released in December, Spider-Man: No Way Home shattered box office records and was a hit with both fans and critics. Wrapping up Tom Holland's Homecoming trilogy, the film sees Peter enlist the help of Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) to make the world forget that he's Spider-Man, which accidentally unleashes the multiverse.
When Doctor Strange's spell goes wrong, a host of past Spider-Man characters come tumbling into Holland's Spider-Man's world, including the likes of Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe), Doc Ock (Alfred Molina), Electro (Jamie Foxx), Lizard (Rhys Ifans), and Sandman (Thomas Haden Church). Even Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield return as their own respective versions of Spider-Man. Although each villain presents a considerable challenge to Holland's Peter, it's Green Goblin who proves to be the most dangerous. Green Goblin kills aunt May (Marisa Tomei) and very nearly kills Tobey's Spider-Man before ultimately being defeated by Holland.

In a "previs" sequence, which is essentially a digital mock-up of what a scene could look like featuring rudimentary visual effects, Port shows that Spider-Man and Green Goblin almost had a more drawn-out fight on the bridge instead of what ended up in the movie.
