This new art showcases the three Spider-Men who were featured in the film, and this is a first look at all three of them on an official poster because most promotion did a good job at hiding the other two Spider-Men.
The Spider-Man: No Way Home poster comes from the artist known as Boss Logic, and it features all three versions of the hero engaged in battle with the multiverse villains at the Statue of Liberty. The poster was released to promote the digital release of Spider-Man: No Way Home.

This Spider-Man art comes from Ryan Meinerding, who is a character designer, creative director and Marvel Studios head of visual development. He's worked on a number of Marvel films, so it's safe to say that his work is solidified, and he is part of the team responsible for bringing the visual spectacles from these movies that are loved by many.
