Spider-Man: No Way Home hit theaters at the end of 2021, breaking records and changing the present, future, and even the past of the MCU upon arrival. As was heavily rumored prior to its arrival, the fractures in the multiverse allowed Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield to return to their respective Spider-Man roles and fight off a number of villains who followed them. Fast forward a few months and there's one scene, in particular, fans have been eager to break down.
Near the end of the movie, Dr. Strange struggles to hold the multiverse together, at which point a number of people from alternate universes try to break through. A few of their silhouettes are briefly shown on the screen, but since we had only seen the movie on the big screen until now, fans have been unable to really analyze those frames and see exactly who else was trying to join the fight.

The No Way Home Blu-ray has now launched which prompted IGN to take a closer look at that scene and pick out as many silhouettes as possible. There appear to be seven discernable ones, starting off with the clearest one of all to pick out, Kraven the Hunter. It stands to reason that Kraven would be clearly teased since Marvel is already working on a movie based on the villain starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson.
Next up is what looks like a Spider-Man variant with additional limbs. Every version of Spidey big-screen Marvel fans are used to features just four limbs. However, there are a couple (Doppelganger and Superior Spider-Man) who have eight. That sort of makes sense since he is supposed to be part-spider. There's also a pretty clear Scorpion silhouette.
