Sony has today confirmed a new PlayStation overlay that will ship on its PC ports, with next month's Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut being the first to use it. You'll be able to access it from Windows PCs from either the in-game menu or by pressing «Shift + F1», which will pull up a new screen housing your PSN profile, friends list, and Trophies.
You can log into your existing PSN account or create a new one, and from there, view the first Trophy list available on a PC, see what your PS5, PS4 friends are playing, and check out your own profile. The PS5 and PC versions of Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut will share a single Trophy list, so you could work towards the Platinum Trophy across the two platforms. You'll also be able to adjust some basic settings from the overlay like privacy options, blocking players, and accessing notifications.
Nixxes, the first-party team that has ported Ghost of Tsushima from PS5, PS4 to PC, shared the system requirements as part of a PlayStation Blog post:

Liam grew up with a PlayStation controller in his hands and a love for Metal Gear Solid. Nowadays, he can be found playing the latest and greatest PS5 games as well as supporting Derby County. That last detail is his downfall.
Trophies on PC! Now I would seriously consider getting a PC. No, that isn’t a joke. Next they need to do the same for mobile and I’ll play games there too. This is good news. If they can convert pc achievements to PSN trophies that would be brilliant.
Just rename the Steamdeck as a porta le PS5 and be done with it.
I wonder if when it says the platform next to your trophies it'll say PS5, PS4, PS3, Vita, PC.
