Dutch publisher Soedesco is acquiring Bulgarian game developer Kyodai.
In a post on its website, the company revealed that it was buying 100 per cent of the studio's shares. Kyodai is best-known for sci-fi adventure romp Elea, which was released back in 2019 and published by Soedesco. The developer is currently working on Truck Driver: The American Dream.
No figure has been put on the deal.
“We’ve had a strong partnership with Kyodai since 2017 and I couldn’t be more thrilled to officially welcome them to the Soedesco family,” Soedesco founder and CEO Soedesh Chauthi said.
“This is the next step in our strategy to expand the development capacity of Soedesco as we continue to operate on a worldwide scale. Kyodai is filled with many talented and creative people.
