The Senua's Saga: Hellblade II official PC system requirements were confirmed today alongside support for multiple upscalers.
As detailed by developer Ninja Theory on X/Twitter, the game will require 16 GB of RAM even at low settings and 1080p resolution, which isn't particularly surprising considering the visuals the game will push. For the rest, the requirements seem reasonable enough for 1080p resolution and only become demanding for high settings at 1440p and 4K resolutions, requiring an Intel i7-10700k/ AMD Ryzen 5 5600x CPU, NVIDIA RTX 3080/ AMD RX 6800 XT / Intel ARC A770 GPU and Intel i5 - 12600K / AMD Ryzen 7 5700X CPU, NVIDIA RTX 4080 / AMD RX 7900 XTX GPU respectively. Unfortunately, the developer did not specify the target framerate for each set of requirements, only adding that NVIDIA DLSS 3, AMD FSR 3, and Intel XeSS 1.3 can be used to achieve higher framerates and resolutions.
The PC version of Senua's Saga: Hellblade II is set to be the best way to enjoy the second entry in the series, as the game will only run at "cinematic" 30 frames per second on Xbox Series X|S. This isn't the first time it has happened in the past for Microsoft first-party games, as games like Starfield and Redfall only launched with 30 FPS support, but it is still quite disappointing, though there's the chance that Ninja Theory will add a 60 FPS mode after launch, as Bethesda and Arkane did for their games.
Senua's Saga: Hellblade II launches on May 21st on PC, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S worldwide.
