The good news is that this does not seem like a hardware issue. Software problems happen all the time, and once Samsung is notified of the Issue, a fix will be available soon. We hope that it will not take long for the Galaxy S23 users to enjoy their devices as they are supposed to.
It is worth noting that the issue seems to be bothering all Galaxy S23 users, including those using the Ultra variant, which supports fast charging at 45W.
