Resident Evil 4 is perhaps the perfect remake. It updates just enough of the original RE4 to make it feel fresh but keeps all the major plot points. Plus there are a ton of easter eggs to impress franchise fanatics, like how you can still save the dog from a bear trap and you can still die to a giant fish for getting angry at the lake.
Another easter egg that Resident Evil 4's remake keeps is Leon's Jet Ski skills. Slight spoilers ahead for anyone who hasn't beaten Resident Evil 4 or who never played the original. You have been warned.

In RE4's final chapter, just after beating Saddler, Ada drops a bomb onto the island and gives Leon and Ashley two minutes to escape. The best way to get off an island that's about to blow? A nearby jet ski, of course. The final segment of the game has Leon navigate an underground waterway that's full of debris and falling boulders from an explosion that has yet to happen. It's a dramatic end to an action-packed spectacle of a survival horror game. And you can even enhance that spectacle by performing tricks.
There are several ramps that Leon has to drive over to escape the island. In the original RE4, you can perform a backflip or side flip by holding both left and right triggers and then tilting the thumbstick back, left, or right, depending on the direction you wanted to tumble your watercraft. The remake makes it even easier to perform--you just have to hold the inspect button (which is F on PC, X on PS5, and A on Xbox).
