Blue Request Notes are blue pieces of paper you'll find in the environment that become optional missions to complete alongside the Main Story. Many of them will be near the Merchant, but some will be located off the beaten path. Once you've completed the requirements of a Blue Request Note, interact with the Merchant to collect your Spinels. These can then be spent in the Trade menu. Due to the structure of the game, it is possible to fail a Blue Request Note.
