The latest Pokemon GO update brought a graphical overhaul to Niantic’s game with updates to the in-game map, encounter screens, and battle screens, among other quality-of-life improvements. Depending on the player’s location, they can discover new landscapes in Pokemon GO, such as lush forests, bustling cities, tropical beaches, and rugged mountains. This Pokemon GO update also introduced new avatar options, an updated GO Snapshot experience, and Style Shop features for players to customize their character. To celebrate these quality-of-life improvements, Pokemon GO launched the Rediscover Kanto event with various in-game bonuses.
