The creation comes from Reddit user MikaD0000, showing off their adorable crochet Dracovish. In the thread, the user claims to be selling the crochet for fans to get their hands on themselves. Dracovish comes from Gen 8, meaning it was introduced in Pokemon Sword and Shield in 2019. As a newer Pokemon, it hasn't had the time to garner a huge fan base like many of the older designs. Despite this, Dracovish was used by Ash in the Pokemon anime, so it gained some fans this way. There was even an event for Pokemon Sword and Shield players that allowed them to get their hands on Ash's Dracovish from the series. Most Pokemon take years to be fully appreciated by the fan base, so it's possible Dracovish sees a surge in popularity in years to come.
