PlayStation today announced that the rumored Project Q handheld device is indeed real.
A brand new PlayStation handheld has officially been revealed, though fans of the PSP and PS Vita might be disappointed. Project Q was shown off for the first time during today’s PlayStation Showcase, though details about its release date and pricing were not revealed.

From there, you’ll be able to stream your game from your PS5 to Project Q using Remote Play over Wi-Fi. It is unknown if the device will allow you to stream games from the cloud or if the device will even properly work outside your home.
