Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen’s Early Access build got an update yesterday with a number of fixes, new named mobs, and crafting and balance changes.
A number of issues since Early Access opened are addressed here, including some failed login issues, zones not loading all items, And for some abilities that weren't working correctly or were missing effects. Some classes even got brand new effects for their skills and updated timing. In addition, there were balance passes for classes as well.
There's a lot of housekeeping. A number of quests were fixed to work as expected, with some of them getting new requirements or even new names. The full patch notes give you a list of the changes and which quests you might actually have to abandon and then start again after the update.
Some NPCs were added or fixed to be where you’d expect to find them, and there are new named mobs too. If you are wandering around in Thronefast and looking for a challenge, the Grizzled Greatpaw ancient bear is now in a frenzied rage. In the area, you should be prepared to fight it or try to stay away.
The team has also improved loot, with additional tweaks to drop rates, increased storage box sizes, and even slightly lowered gathering tool weight to relieve a little pressure on inventories. If you are exploring and picking things up and not sure whether you might use something later, these changes should help you travel a little more lightly until your inventory fills up again.
Crafting got a couple of changes. Looted crafting schematics are now mostly tradable. Some crafting supply vendors have more items for sale, and certain low-level weapons and armor but price bumps to bring them into the right balance.
