However, the game's official X account, spotted by The Verge, has posted that the game isn't releasing on the PS5 in Japan just yet. A translation of the post from Japanese reads: "" The post goes on to say that the team is working to get the game to Japanese audiences on the new console "" and that they hope its fans in Japan can wait a little longer for it.
The delay in Japan is likely due to the legal troubles looming over and its developers. Last week, Pocketpair was sued by and Nintendo for patent infringement, putting the game's future at risk.
